The latest BIOS of this board prohibits the CPU from drawing maximum power by default. It draws less than 230 watts, even with the PL1/2 set to 4090 watts. I found out later that it was limited by the CPU power limit. Removing this value from the BIOS will unleash the CPU power. #miniitx…
